Florida Wedding Photographers

Answering your questions about my engagement + wedding photography services

Will you photograph us?
I am committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment and service for all clients and individuals, with respect to sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, race, color, religion, ethnicity, or disability.

How far in advance do you normally get booked?
Generally, couples book 9-14 months ahead of their wedding date, some book as far as 18 months, some as little as 1 month. But the only way to guarantee your date is to book! So if you want my honest advice, book as soon as possible.

Do you offer engagement sessions?
The engagement session is a great opportunity for us to get to know each other and spend some time together. Also it is a really great chance for you to get comfortable having your photo taken and get used to having cameras pointed at you for an extended period of time. This way when I show up on your wedding day, you are rip-roarin and ready to go. I can honestly say couples who do engagement sessions are WAY more comfortable being photographed on their big day than ones who didn’t. Plus you end up with some extra shots of you two not in wedding attire. Win-Win!

So where do you live?
Starting March 2022, I will be living full-time in Winter Park, FL but I will continue to bounce back and forth between New England and Orlando/Central Florida and I will be offering engagement and wedding photography in Orlando and New England!

Are you currently booking Orlando weddings?
Yes! Consider me your future Central Florida/Orlando wedding photographer. I’m traveling between New England and Orlando while our house is being built and I’d love to work with you! Share your story with me so I can get back to you with rates and details.

Can you help us find locations for our Orlando engagement photos?
I’d love to provide some location recommendations! Just reach out and we’ll go from there.

What is your travel policy?
I LOVE to travel and keep my travel rates as reasonable as possible. I love visiting new places, trying new foods, and seeing new sights! Please do not hesitate to ask me about coming out to capture your big day. I’ve photographed plenty of weddings near and far!

How long will our photos last?
FOR-EV-ER and that is way longer than your flowers, cake, dress, or suits. So when budgeting for your big day, that is something to keep in mind.

What gear do you use and do you bring backup equipment with you?
I use top-of-the-line Canon gear and I always bring backup equipment with me to all weddings.

Are you insured?
All of my equipment is fully insured and I carry a multi-million dollar liability policy. I can happily provide a COI if your wedding venue requires it!

So what are the next steps in booking with Zac Wolf Photography for our Orlando, New England, or destination wedding?
Once you and your partner have selected the right collection, I’ll digitally send over a contract for you to review and sign online. Once the contract is signed I require a 50% non-refundable deposit with the remaining balance due 6 weeks before the wedding. I accept both checks and credit cards as payment. Let’s get started!

We get it you are awesome, how can we book you for our wedding?
I’m glad you think so! Start here so I can give you more details about my packages and prices and we’ll move forward from there.
