Claudia + Clytie - Jamestown Rhode Island Wedding

Claudia and Clytie are two fantastic women, I clicked with the two of them INSTANTLY when we first met to discuss me photographing their big day and I think the three of us knew it was meant to be. As I said in the blog post for their engagement session (which you can see here) the two of them are just so perfectly complementary together, I absolutely love their love. So I showed up to their big day and it was nothing less than fantastic. The gorgeous private home featuring an amazing tent in the back with hardwood floors and vintage details from Clytie's business (http://ampersandvintagemodern.com/) with inspirations from both of their lives including center pieces made of antique books and typewriter guestbooks! So much awesome I don't want to keep boring you with my words.

Milai + Ryosuke - Tokyo Wedding Photography

It still doesn't feel real that I flew halfway around the world to Japan to photograph this amazing wedding. Although I did not understand 99% of what was said during the wedding, love sometimes transcends language and this was definitely one of those occasions. Even in a room on the other side of the planet, I was still filled with the same familiar happiness of seeing a couple deeply in love. A few favorite moments were when the wedding party entered both the ceremony and the reception doing some choreographed dancing to popular Glee songs. Also when Ryosuke, the groom, tossed a head of broccoli to mirror Milai's bouquet toss. Overall, this wedding was nothing short of incredible. I want to extend my thanks to the Kinoshita family for bringing me to Japan and giving me a trip of a lifetime that I will never forget.

Greg + Anne - Chatham Wedding Photography

Greg and Anne had a beautifully intimate Cape Cod wedding with a ceremony on the beach and a reception in her mother's backyard. It was an evening filled with love, friends, wine, and amazing food. So lucky to get to shoot lovely weddings on beautiful days like this one.

Dylan + Keri - Whispering Pines Wedding Photography

Certain people come into your life and it just seems right, well Dylan and Keri were two of those people. Two of the best friends a person can ask for got engaged last year, and then asked me to photograph their big day. And boy oh boy am I glad they gave me the chance to do so. I have a hard time describing the beauty of this wedding simply because it'll probably make me cry. I cried the night before, I bawled the day of, and I cried while editing the photos. I'm a huge sap you guys and if you didn't listen last time I posted it please listen to the story of how they met please listen HERE. So it's hard for me to describe all the details from this wedding since Dylan and Keri and their crew did almost EVERYTHING themselves. That includes the wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses, bowties, invitations, centerpieces, makeup (Keri's dad even wore cufflinks she made for him when she was in grade school) and so much more. This venue, this wedding, the two of them, the amazing friends and family, I wish I was better with words but alas this is why I am a photographer. But I do want to say I surely do love a venue with on-site boarding to facilitate that a wedding night that ends with close friends sitting around a fire listening to music, cracking jokes, and celebrating love.

Renée & Keith - Willowdale Estate Wedding Photographer

Renée & Keith are a very special couple. Two artist that have found each other and fallen in love and are just truly so perfect for each other. They had their wedding at Willowdale Estate which is easily one of my favorite venues north of Boston and they put so much of themselves into the occasion. From a guest book that took a queue from the move "Up" to portraits they drew of their bridal party. There were just so many amazing details, but one that really stands out is their Bunny logo that held strong throughout the big day, including as cake toppers when they were beautifully crocheted by Keith's sister. DJ Nate from White Label DJ's kept everyone dancing all night, including a MAJOR polka and money dance and The Danger Booth was  a non stop party. What an fantastic crowd and a beautiful wedding. I am so proud to have become friends with these two amazing people and so glad to give them these photos from their big day.
